Pet Policy

Two 20 Property Management understands that your pets are part of the family too which is why some of our properties are pet friendly.

This applies to dogs and cats only:

$400 - additional deposit for the first pet $150 deposit for each additional pet.
$40/month - additional rent per pet.
We do not charge anything for documented service animals.
