History

2015

Hirbour Tower Condo Owners Association searched for a trustworthy building manager. Butte Security referred them to Ben and a partnership is started. Later, Ben attended Property Management classes and fulfilled the requirements to become a property manager.

2016

Ben and his wife Tiffany decided to move to Anaconda. In this process of relocation, they went through a need for a property management company that specializes in high-quality rentals. Thus, Two 20 Property Management was created.

2017

The office was moved to Butte. The business outgrew their basement office, so they decided to move in to an office in Butte, on the North side of Harrison Ave.

2018

At the beginning of the year Two 20 Property Management doubled in property growth and staff. Since then the business has been exponentially growing not only in properties, but also in service, quality, and efficiency.

2019

Many staff changes started to form this year. Tiffany began to take on an integral role of the company. And the business developed an in house maintenance staff.

2020

2020 has brought new vision and clarity to the business. Two 20 added some much needed staff. They continue to grow at an accelerated rate in both rentals managed and quality of service.
